The ALA SMALTO lines are the best range of products for traditional wood burning stoves and fireplaces.
The careful selection of raw materials and the use of cutting-edge technologies are at the base of the production chain and each item ensures maximum durability and performance over times ALA SMALTO products are made entirely of porcelain steel and TERM® technology.
The enameling covers and protects the smoke channel not only externally, but also internally along its entire length, guaranteeing its total inalterability both in terms of structure and aesthetics. All items are CE Certificates according to UNI EN 1856-2, UNI EN 1443 with pressure class N1, T600 temperature resistance and maximum corrosion resistance class, V2. “Intact even after several years of intensive use.”
ALA SMALTO aeternum:
Thicker smoke ducts, made with the innovative GASTOP® assembly system and laser welded. The TERM® coating technique in one body in steel and enamel for articles of extraordinary duration.
Smoke ducts for wood stoves welded with laser technology and internally and externally covered with porcelain enamel.
The new fixing system called gastop® guarantees a perfect tightness of the joints concerning the combustion gas, thus ensuring a high security and reliability. The application of the innovative porcelain enamel coating called term®, together with a thicker stainless-steel sheet, allows ALA spa to assure for ALA smalto aeternum line, the maintenance of the color, a bigger resistance to acid condensate, to high temperatures, scratches and rust. Easy connection for any stove, thanks to universal connections. Available in the following colors: white, brown, glossy black, matt black and light ivory. Certified according to the EN 1856-2, EN 1443 rules with resistant to temperatures T600, with N1 pressure class, with resistant Ance to penetration of condensate W* and V2 corrosion resistance class. Total thickness 0,8 mm.
The ala smalto line is porcelain with a treatment that gives the products extraordinary quality and performance.
Porcelain enamel is a vitreous coating that protects and decorates surfaces. Highly performing, it is obtained from the fusion of inorganic raw materials of mineral and artificial origin, subsequently solidified by rapid cooling. The artifacts to which it is applied are vitrified with a firing process in very high temperature ovens. This determines the uniform application and penetration of the enamel on the support and gives life to a new composite material called “porcelain steel”.
